John Huber President

John Huber is a founding partner of Mesa One Property Management and brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the team. A former Raytheon engineer and United States Coast Guard officer, John entered the property management industry after encountering firsthand the challenges of working with ineffective management companies for his own investments.

Driven to raise industry standards, he now specializes in strategic property management solutions, combining analytical precision with practical insight to ensure each property operates at peak efficiency and profitability. With deep knowledge of the local market, John is committed to delivering exceptional results for every client.

Outside of work, John enjoys traveling, cycling, and exploring new experiences that keep his perspective sharp and innovative.

Denise Hamilton, Co-Founder and Broker of Record and COO

Denise Hamilton, Co Founder and Broker of Record at Mesa One Property Management, brings a deep well of expertise and leadership to the organization. A proud graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program (Cohort 21), Denise is also the founder and owner of Denise Hamilton Realtors (DHR), a respected name in the Texas real estate market.

With a strong foundation as a CAM-certified property manager, Denise has extensive hands- on experience managing both multi-family and single family residential properties. Her proven skills in real estate operations, investor relations, and business development have played a vital role in establishing Mesa One’s reputation for professionalism, integrity, and results-driven property management.

Kesha Crutchfield – Marketing, Business Development, and Communications Director

Kesha Crutchfield brings a dynamic blend of experience, creativity, and leadership to Mesa One Property Management. With a master’s degree in Communications and a proven track record as a former Communications Director for Dallas County, Kesha’s expertise spans marketing strategy, public relations, and organizational growth.

As a real estate investor with multiple rental properties of her own, she understands firsthand what owners value most clear communication, efficient operations, and strong returns on investment. At Mesa One, Kesha is focused on building strategic partnerships, expanding our investor network, enhancing owner satisfaction, and leading innovative marketing initiatives that position Mesa One as a leader in the property management industry.

Lisa Dotson – Senior Property Manager

With over 12 years of hands-on experience in residential property management, Lisa Dotson brings strong leadership, organization, and a customer-first mindset to Mesa One Property Management. As Senior Property Manager, Lisa oversees all property managers (PMs), ensuring they have the tools, training, and guidance needed to deliver exceptional service and maintain high operational standards across every property.

Lisa is deeply committed to owner and resident satisfaction, fostering clear communication, accountability, and teamwork throughout the Mesa One team. She leads weekly coordination meetings to streamline operations, address challenges, and ensure every property under Mesa One’s care is managed with excellence and attention to detail.
